Repairing Wireless (Windows XP)

Instructions for Repairing Wireless Connection:

  1. Locate the wireless connection icon in the system tray (located to the right of the taskbar at the bottom of your screen next to the clock – it is circled in red below)



    If you don’t see the icon, you can click the left arrow button to expand the system tray



  2. Right-click on the wireless connection icon on the system tray and then click on the Repair selection



  3. You should then see a window open up in the middle of your screen which will flash a series of messages including the following:







    And finally...



  4. You can now click “Close” and hopefully your wireless connection should be restored.
